and licensing guidelines |

1. All
prices are in HKD per user per year and are exclusive of Tax. |
|
2. This
promotional price is valid till 31/March/2009 and only for new
orders only. |
|
3. Minimum
order value $800. |
|
4. The
per user price is the greater of: 1) the number of servers and
computers protected, or 2) the number of users protected. Home
use is not included with small business solutions.
A valid email address is required with all
orders. |

5.The number of
servers covered by the licence is limited to 10% of the total
number of users licenced, with a minimum of one. |
|
6. For
small business licences of over 100 users, please refer to your
account manager for more information. |
|
7. Existing
enterprise customers can choose to move to the equivalent small
business solution. However, the new small business pricing will
only apply when their current licence is due for renewal, except
in situations where the small business licence is more than
their current licence. |

8. Existing
customers using Sophos Small Business suite v1.x can get the
upgraded v2.5 of Sophos Anti-Virus Small Business Edition and
Sophos Control Center at any time, free of charge , during the
period of their existing license. |

9. Existing
customers using Sophos PureMessage for Windows/Exchange Small
Business Edition can be offered PureMessage for
Windows/Exchange Enterprise Edition at renewal time with an
additional discount of up to 30%. |
