Partner who has placed an Eligible Order must submit a redemption request via the online form located on
www.microsoft.com/hk/partner/promotion on or before October 15,
2013. Only order registered at “Get to Modern” portal and fully comply with the rules of the Program are eligible. Microsoft may also require a scanned version of the Customer
invoice from Partners for verification purposes. The “cash rebate” will be paid to the Company of the Partner which the individual salesman are registered under in the form of cheque
payment by PPM Concepts Ltd. |

Partners who provided quotations of 10 seats of above to their customers must submit a scanned copy of the quotation to PPM Concepts Ltd (cathy@i-directmarket.com) before
October 15, 2013. Customer must be a Commercial Customer ("Commercial Customer"). Only pipelines registered at “Get to Modern” portal and fully comply with the rules of the
Program are eligible. This offer is valid from July 10, 2013 to August 31, 2013 only. Microsoft reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice. |

The sales of Microsoft License(s) under Open or Open Value will be based on the data registered and closed at the “Get to Modern” portal. |

Customer must purchase an equivalent number of Office Standard and Windows 8 to be eligible for this offer. Only Open Licenses are eligible for this offer, excluding Software
Assurances or License with Software Assurance. Customer must place an order for not less than 5 licenses and not more than 249 licenses per order within the Promotion Period.
Customer must be a Commercial Customer with the total number of employees of itself, its parent company, subsidiaries and any affiliates within its group of companies must be
less than 250. Government, Academic or Charity customers, or customer which has (whether on its own or by virtue of its affiliates) an existing and valid Enterprise Agreement or
Select Agreement with Microsoft are not eligible for this offer. |

Customer can choose any one training course available that is relevant to the product purchased. The seats for training courses are offered on a first come first served basis. Training
schedule will be announced in October 2013. Training will be conducted in Hong Kong by Microsoft or its vendor/ partner. Customer must make reserve its place by contacting PPM
Concepts Ltd (hotline: 2806 2208) on/before October 31, 2013 and attend the chosen course on or before 31 December, 2013. Each Customer can redeem a maximum of 2 training
seats under this program. |
