Terms and Conditions
1. This Program is offered to Check Point’s certified resellers
2. Competitive replacement deal requires a letter of decommission signed by the customer
3.Registered deals need to be approved by Check Point V
4.Approved registered deals will be secure for 90 days
5.Program is available until December 31st 2013
6.Reseller must check ACW as the distributor on Check Point registration portal in order to qualify additional incentive.
7.ACW Distribution (HK) Ltd. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of ACW Distribution (HK) Ltd.
