- Extend service hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 21:00 to increase implementation flexibility and reduce impact to customer's environment during office hours
- Provide operation manual which includes not only general operation procedure and maintenance recommendation, but also the operation and maintenance specific to customer's environment
- Carry out UAT together with customer to assure the project are implemented properly according to the requirements
- Conduct skill transfer session to transfer essential and customer's environment specific skills for administration and maintenance of the system
