ACW 聯同 ASTA 及Kodak ，於2010年5月7日 (星期五) 假借灣仔中環廣場，舉辦了 “最佳文件及流程管理方案講座”。是次專題講座主要針對企業日常運作，如何有效地處理大量的紙張發票，準時通過各部門的審核及根據不同的支付條款來付款等問題。是次講座，便是針對此問題，介紹及示範如何運用專業的Kodak掃描素、自動化的OCR分類及辨識技術，以及Web
Base文件管理及工作流程管理方案，來輕鬆處理發票及其他商業文件，如電郵、傳真及Microsoft
Office，提升日常的工作效率。
當天講座吸引了四十多名來賓出席，參加者來自不同行業，當中有製造業、物流業及服務業等，他們對是次講題均感興趣。我們為來賓預備了精彩講題，除了有 ACW Distribution

(DMS)及如何利用網上文件管理系統來設定文件使用權限及利用系統審核，妥善保障公司資料。
最後，講者以ASTA 網上文件管理系統及 Kodak 掃描器整合示範作完結。另外，首十名登記及出席者可獲贈百老匯電影禮券，而每位出席者均可獲贈萬寧現金購物禮券乙張。出席者均表現踴躍，亦對是次講座表示十分滿意。
